Kids’ eye view of climate change

Imagine what would happen if a professional filmmaker went to an elementary school and spent time with children to find out what climate change means to them. It actually happened in England and the result is this animated film by and about kids, who did all the animation, suggested the script and lent their voices. The result? You’ve got to see it to believe it. (It’s that good.)

Telling the Story of World’s ‘First Climate Refugees’

You probably have never heard of the Carteret Islands in the South Pacific.

But as you’ll see in this trailer for a documentary called “Sun Come Up,” Carteret Islanders may go down in history as the world’s first climate change refugees.

According to the documentary, the sea level is rising due to climate change. It’s putting the island’s homes in peril. People are being forced to consider relocating. It’s either that or starve.

Many of them wonder if life will ever be the same.

Imagine you were in their situation.

Here's more about the documentary.
