"Adam Purple and the Garden of Eden"
“Adam Purple and the Garden of Eden” is a cautionary tale about people’s natural instinct to want to beautify their surroundings.
Adam Purple lived in a completely rundown section of New York City. As tenement buildings were torn down in the 1970s, he cleared away the rubble and created a beautiful community garden.
A decade later, however, the city removed the garden to make way for new buildings.
