Keep Your Eye on Michigan and New Mexico, Says NRDC Action Fund's Bob Deans

The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) has its pulse on every important environmental issue. And now you will too as Earth Preservers TV launches its newest program, "The NRDC Interview Series."

First up: Bob Deans of the NRDC Action Fund on "The Stakes in the 2012 US Election." According to Bob, environmentalists should pay close attention to a state ballot initiative in Michigan, a US Senate race in New Mexico, and, of course, which party wins control of the White House and Congress.

An EPTV "17-Minute Lesson" -- Fracking: Yes or No? You Decide!

Everyone needs to take a stand on “fracking.” Short for hydraulic fracturing, fracking is the process by which water mixed with chemicals and sand is sent underground under extreme pressure in order to blast open rocks and release natural gas trapped inside. Supporters say fracking will tap a vast new source of cleaner energy. Opponents say fracking poses too great a risk to our limited supply of clean water. Watch this short, unbiased presentation of the benefits and risks of fracking, then vote in Earth Preservers’ online poll. Remember: the future is yours to shape however you think best.

Now that you have heard the facts, PLEASE VOTE!
