America’s Cup Boat Race To Highlight Sustainability

The America’s Cup is a famous yacht race that takes place in ocean waters. The organizers of next year’s race, to be held off San Francisco, are trying to make it a green event by partnering with ocean conservation groups in a push for cleaner oceans and beaches and sustainable fishing populations. Earth Preservers doesn’t usually highlight promotional videos, but this one does a good job of explaining the problem and how race organizers hope to make a difference. (It’s also got great underwater and action photography!)
